Fall 2010 Registration Process - Team & Player
The fall season marks our new season start for 2010/2011. All players are free agents and players changing teams in the beginning of the season are not considered transfers. All players that intend to play during the fall season must register as either TORSO-Only or Multi-League players.
Team Registration Fee Deposit
- All teams must submit a $100 non-refundable deposit to the registrar by July 29, 2010. This will secure a team position with TORSO for the fall playing season.
Player Registration Process
- There will be 2 player registration days in August. Team managers will sign-up for one 30 minute registration slot during either of the registration days. There will be one registration session in the north playing area and one in the south playing area.
- North Location - Saturday, August 21, 11am - 5pm, Fox & Hound - Willowbrook
- South Location - Saturday, August 28, 11am - 5pm, The Stag's Head Pub
- Prior to registration day, team managers must enter all players into Demosphere rosters with updated player information.
- Before coming to the player registration session, team managers must prepare and provide the following:
1) Team accounting sheet as provided by the registrar.
2) Returning player form - prior or current TORSO player who has a TORSO playing card must be listed on this form along with their signature. If a player is playing in another league (HFA, HWSA, etc.) then indicate league name, team name, and note as Multi-League Player. This information will be verified with the other league.
3) Returning player cards with a sticker indicating team name and playing year of 10/2011 and date of 9/1/2010. An example will be provided at the league meeting on July 29.
4) New players that have never played with TORSO, require a signed player registration form, copy of driver's license or government document showing date of birth along with a photo, and a new player card with their picture already pasted on it.
5) Printed roster generated from Demosphere after all player information has been updated.
6) Registration fees are as follows:

Registering After Fall 2010 Registration Session
Transferred Players (registered after fall 2010)
- Please ask the team manager of the player's originating team to send an email requesting an approval to transfer along with the player's full name and player id. Please mail the transfer fee to the registrar.
New Players
- Mail, email or hand deliver the following:
- Player registration form
- Copy of Drivers License of other government issues photo ID
- Color photo (may be from DL if in color and CLEAR - not fuzzy or dark)

Processing Time
- Processing: Unless I am out of town or on vacation, registrations received by Thursday will be processed before the next game, provided that the materials are complete and acceptable.
- Approval: You will be notified by email regarding approvals. If you have been notified that your player is approved and they are not marked as approved in Demosphere, please contact the registrar to resolve the issue.
