Adding Players

  • Player registration will cut off Every THURSDAY before game day at 7:59pm.
  • Team Managers must have their player registered with a player account, before it closes, for those players to participate in the next game.
  • New players in good standing will be approved by the Saturday before game day, by 4pm.
If you have issues registering a new player, or a player is showing up as ineligible in the roster, that has met the Requirements for Approval, please contact the TORSO Administrator. Any players who have not met all of the eligibility requirements by 4pm, the Saturday before game day will not be approved for game day.
New Player Registration
The following items are ALL REQUIRED to register a new player with TORSO.
  • Follow the instructions for Online Registration. This has taken the place of the paper registration forms.
  • Player must provide a color copy of a government ID with a photo and birth date.
  • Player must submit a color photo of themselves from the shoulders up with an unobstructed view of their face.
Transferring Players from another TORSO team
Players that are currently registered with a team and wish to transfer to another team may transfer using one of two options:
  • The transferring player may fill out Player Registration, where they must obtain the existing team manager’s consent, by email, to the TORSO Administrator, in order to release the player – the form must also indicate the team information for the player’s new team.
  • The transferring player may also initiate a transfer request email. This email must state their desire to transfer to another team and should copy the current manager, the new manager, and the TORSO Administrator at info@torsosoccer.org. If there is no communication from the current manager, then the player is free to transfer.
Note: All players become free agents at fall registration time. This means that any player can move from one team to another without a manager’s approval or transfer fee.
Player Trouble?
If a manager would like the league to help collect money or uniform from a player that has left their team, please inform the TORSO Admin by email. Identify the player and explain the issue, and that player will be blocked from joining another team until they settle their account with the team that they owe money.
